About the role: 

 

The Neuromodulation Field Clinical Specialist Graduate (FCS) is responsible for providing clinical and technical support for Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) and Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) implants across assigned hospital accounts. The primary focus of the role is supporting DBS and SCS procedures through intraoperative and postoperative testing in both awake and asleep patient cases, ensuring optimal therapy delivery and positive patient outcomes, as well as follow-up clinical support post-implant. 

 

The FCS partners closely with neurosurgeons, neurologists and wider multidisciplinary teams, delivering technical expertise, clinical education, and responsive troubleshooting support. 

 

Starting in June 2026 this 12-month Graduate role will be serving South Poland area (mainly dolnośląskie, śląskie and małopolskie) 

 

 

Your responsibilities include:  

 

Clinical & Technical Support:

 

  • Provide onsite technical support during DBS and SCS implant procedures in operating rooms and in-clinic follow-ups. 

  • Perform intraoperative and postoperative system testing, programming, and patient follow-up. 

  • Troubleshoot product and therapy-related issues both in person and remotely. 

  • Serve as a primary clinical resource for assigned accounts, managing a variety of technical and therapy-related queries. 

 

Education & Training 

 

  • Deliver product training and clinical education to healthcare professionals, including those new to DBS and SCS therapies. 

  • Conduct presentations and hands-on demonstrations using appropriate educational tools and platforms. 

  • Support workshops, training events, and new product launches. 

  • Provide initial and ongoing training for clinical centre personnel on product features, therapy optimisation, and best practice. 

 

Commercial & Relationship Support 

 

  • Partner with Sales Representatives to identify customer needs and demonstrate how company products support improved patient care. 

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital stakeholders. 

  • Respond proactively to customer feedback, concerns, and service needs, collaborating cross-functionally to implement effective solutions. 

 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelors or master’s in biomedical engineering, Neuroscience degree (2025/2026), nurse degree preferrable 

  • Driving license, cat. B 

  • Strong patient and procedure-focused mindset. 

  • Comfortable working in operating room environments and engaging confidently with clinical teams. 

  • High level of technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot effectively. 

  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Experience delivering training or education, particularly on technical products, is advantageous. 

  • Preferably based in the South Poland (Katowice, Wrocław, Kraków), with flexibility to travel nationally as required. 

  • Willingness to travel regularly during the working week (>80%)
