工作职责

  • 负责公司产品的营销和专业性技术支持工作,按照公司的计划和流程进行学术推广并推动产品的销售
  • 负责产品的准入工作,发展及实现产品的有效医院覆盖,并开发潜在市场
  • 与客户建立良好关系,保持和维护公司品牌和形象
  • 负责销售渠道管理工作,对代理商进行有效管理和支持辅导
  • 负责提供市场反馈信息,完成日常性的销售报表

 

任职资格

  • 统招本科及以上学历,3年以上医疗行业销售经验,有渠道管理以及耗材销售经验优先
  • 良好的自我驱动力及较强的学习能力,良好的沟通能力及团队合作能力
  • 踏实勤奋,积极正向,有吃苦耐劳精神
  • 诚信,有责任心,富有激情,有创造力
  • 有良好的工作抗压能力,能适应高频率出差
