- Hands on role – at least 50%
- Responsible for building, enhancing and strengthening the V&V group for multiple projects execution with high quality.
- Ownership & responsible of project test plans, protocols, execution and traceability as derived from system requirements.
- Define work methodologies and tools that meet high quality, stability, and performance standards
- Responsible for recruiting, training and mentoring DV Engineers, growing the team towards excellence
- Providing professional guidance to the team members in assigned projects
- Anticipate, facilitate and solve problems arising.
- Responsible for implementing procedures according to Quality Systems' requirements
- Monitor the development of projects and produce regular reports on their progress and/or required adjustments
- Leading defect management processes: reviews, analysis and reporting
- Supporting system engineering activities, such as integration and requirements approval
- Working closely with global team located in the US and Ireland.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering / Science
- At least three years of experience in a similar, hands-on role.
- Leading experience – an advantage
- Experience in design and manufacturing testing according to medical standards in medical device companies
- Exceptional knowledge of testing methodologies (capital equipment and single use devices)
- Experience in testing of multi-disciplinary systems & multitasking
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- High communication skills (written and interpersonal)
- Fluent English - must
