 Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

 

The financial planning & analysis analyst position is responsible for costing, COGS measurement and budget control. Serve as a finance business partner to operations team.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare and monitor the Yokneam plant production annual and ongoing costing.
  • Support global costing rollout.
  • Local inventory valuation, monitoring and analysis.
  • Support different variances measurements such as variances (PPV, Scrap and count variances) and sales mix, price and volume measures.
  • Work closely with Operation teams – budget status, monthly accruals and other ongoing  financial support that needed.
  • Participate in annual planning and quarterly forecasting process.
  • Manage the production, logistics, purchasing, quality and engineering budget of the Yokneam site.
  • Ensure all submissions (Month-end close; Forecasts/Plan; ; etc.) are delivered on time with qualitative input.
  • Support & ensure proper analysis of operational/financial aspects as a basis for business decisions
  • Create financial models to support decision-making.
  • Establish work procedures and train the relevant functions within the organization.

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • BA in Economics / Management, MA/MBA – A plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry, preferably from a global environment
  • Willingness to work overtime.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel (VBA/Macro expertise preferred)
  • Familiarity with SAP – An advantage.
  • Excellent English.
  • Problem Solver, high attention to details, ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational & time management skills are crucial.  Environment is fast-paced and multi-tasking is essential.
  • Ideal candidate will show drive and ambition to develop and grow into more senior finance roles
