Boston Scientific is a Massachusetts-based medical device company with a focus on noninvasive treatment – primarily of cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, digestive, urological and pelvic conditions. Its first major product was an angioplasty balloon for cardiovascular treatments, introduced in the late-1970s. Lately BSC acquired Lumenis which is based in Israel for its Surgical laser devices for the Holmium and CO2 technologies that are focused in clinical procedures such Stone fragmentation, Holep procedures. This position is responsible to establish and manage mechanism, to align/make decisions on finalized CE improvement action plan and collaborate with divisional and functional management across BSC, to assure continues improvement of the BSC CE and delivery of world-class support to, internal and external customers. Act as a change agent in increasing the recognition of equipment and service offerings as a critical compliment to the continued growth of the company’s disposable device offerings. Global responsibility for Service Business organizations.
Responsabilties:

Provide support to company subsidiaries, service department, distributors, and service Recondition Center

Implement and integrate new products

Define service processes
-
Define spare parts, tools, testing criteria

Prepare technical documentation: service manuals, Technical Notes

Training-lead a frontal classroom training course including theory and hands-on sessions

Implement new products in the service field
-
Track faults and malfunctions, perform technical investigations and apply conclusions

Execute global service and control policy

Interface between the field and production, R&D, Engineering, QA, to implement product improvements

Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Quality requirements :
- In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.

Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
Requirements:

3 years’ technical experience with capital equipment

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently, as well as part of a team

Medium to high level of English language

Highly service-oriented
