About the role:

We are looking for a talented business leader to join our UroPH PMO team.  We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager I that will lead and facilitate integration and sustaining engineering activities within the Urology and Pelvic Health (UroPH) division tied to our new Lumenis acquisition. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally and across international sites to lead teams and projects that are critical to business goals. These projects will have high level organizational visibility. We are seeking an experienced candidate who has demonstrated project management experience and a technical background. Prior experience across multiple functional areas, prior integration experience or experience across multiple quality systems is beneficial to this role.

 

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Lead cross-functional project team(s) comprised of R&D, Operations, Regulatory, and Quality organizations.  Work includes ensuring scope of work, costs, schedules, and risks are properly planned, resourced, and managed.
  • Support development, implementation, and revision of detailed project plans, including deliverable lists, risk management, communication plans, etc.
  • Build team ownership and commitment to project plan and identify, manage, and communicate project risks.
  • Prioritize, delegate, and manage tasks among team members, as appropriate, to drive execution of project deliverables and minimize risk.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders, by meeting regularly, responding to requests and explaining procedures.
  • Report out and up project progress and status including presenting to the Franchise Leadership Team.
  • Potentially provide PM support for product-specific integration projects related to the Lumenis acquisition. If so, ensure the technical and regulatory integrity of the program and its verification and validation work and design reviews.  Develop content that is in compliant with EU MDR, US FDA and global regulatory requirements, and all relevant BSC QS requirements.
  • Leads team to the successful completion of project goals.
  • Mentorship of junior project managers
