Regulatory Affairs administrator: will be part and supports the RA team with all needed administrative activities

 

Main Duties:

  • Enovia & Windchill (PLM systems) SME for the RA team – upload documents and process changes
  • Support documentation legalization that is needed for international submissions (notarization and apostil)
  • Support with FSC issuing and update
  • AMAR issuance vouchers support
  • Open new vendors for the RA team per the vendors on- boarding process
  • Issue PRs for vendors in SAP and oversee the related invoices, incl. GS1 support
  • Support with Technical files – assistance with documents revisions review in the TF Index, TF yearly review report and actual update of the TFs
  • General support with additional international submission activities

 

 

Required Qualifications:
 

  • Excellent written English & good level of speaking
  • Previous experience working with different PLM & ERP systems
  • Medical or Pharma Regulatory background is an advantage
