Sr. Project Engineer

Basic Job Purpose: Lead engineering activities that support sustaining CO2 laser products

Main Duties:

• ECO initiation and management for product improvement or cost reduction
• Support and implement engineering changes in production lines
•  Conduct root cause analysis of Electromechanical failures
• Conduct testing of alternative sub systems according to verification protocols
•  Responsible for implementing V&V procedures, according to the company Standard Operating Procedures
• Design test tools and write work instructions
• Manage process validation activities: IQ/OQ/PQ

Required Qualifications/skills:

• Mechanical / Electrical Engineer
•  A least 8 years experience as product engineer supporting production lines – preferably electro-mechanical/electro-optical systems
• At least 2 years Managing a team of at least 3 engineers
• Experience in medical device companies – an advantage
• Familiar with testing according to medical standards - advantage
• Experience in CAD tools – an advantage
• Problems solving orientation
• Team player, Highly motivated with ambitions to learn and develop
• Strong project leadership capability
• Multitasking
• High communicational skills in English and Hebrew (written and interpersonal)
