The Clinical Development Manager will be responsible for pre- and post-market activities of the Laser Urology portfolio. He will be responsible to execute various activities through the product lifecycle.
The Therapy Development Manager plays a critical role in bringing new solutions to the market, educating the Urology community on their value, and bringing feedback to R&D on future needs. This role requires forming and cultivating strong collaborative relationships between different stakeholders including R&D, Marketing, Clinical Sciences and Market Development, both in Israel and globally.
Responsibilities:

Support all bench and pre-clinical trials of R&D projects (PDP and Research projects) including:

Plan and execute lab, In vitro, and ex-vivo testing for product feasibility, POC, testing, and data generation

Plan and execute state of the art bench models, tools, and techniques in an innovative lab to support all testing needs

Establish and execute pre-clinical, cadavers, and clinical testing plan required for each product, with the multidisciplinary team including coordination, physician engagement, protocol preparation.

Execute validation planning, clinical user need validation in simulated environment

Plan, promote or execute clinical activities (study grants, ISR and IST) following company SOPs to support global evidence generation of laser franchise products

Develop KOL engagement strategy in collaboration with the marketing team

Support marketing/commercial activities from the scientific/medical point of view in strategic thinking, planning and execution including:

Support the writing and review of marketing materials and white papers

Contact person for any communication with leading physicians, KOLs and consultants

Literature search and clinical publication supporting materials

Active participation in scientific meetings / lectures / congresses.
Requirements:
-
PhD/MD (preferable) or Master’s degree in life sciences- required
-
3+ years research experience in industry or academic environment (hands-on)

Outstanding interpersonal skills including developing relationships inside and outside of the organization including cross-cultural relationships

Excellent project management/execution and organizational skills

Fluent English (written and spoken)
