About the Role:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize business processes, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role is responsible for identifying efficiency opportunities, leading process improvement projects, analyzing operational performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable results. Additionally, this position will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and Key Behaviors Indicators that support Operational Excellence.

Your Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Lead Opex projects focused on process standardization, governance implementation, and application maintenance support.
  • Manage and provide support for key systems and tools and initiatives, including: Daily Management, Commit Pro, Escalation Flow, Factory Visualization, Core Metrics, LFR, 5S Program, Champions Program, Gemba Walks and Management Systems.
  • Ensure effective adoption and sustainability of these programs across all Business Units (BUs).
  • Drive continuous improvement by integrating digital solutions and Lean methodologies.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication among teams to strengthen governance and operational excellenc.
  • Build automation workflows using Power Automate Develop small business applications using Power Apps to support production and operational needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and Key Behaviors Indicators that support Operational Excellence in the Site.
  • Proactively identify requirements, process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices
  • Identify and participate in value improvement, waste elimination and problem solution projects that drive plant and company performance improvements.
  • Co-facilitate lean training programs for employees at all levels and departments.

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software, Computer, Industrial Enginnering or related.
  • English Level desired: B1+:(60-69%).
  • Required knowledge: Power Apps, Power Automate and PBI.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 year or more in current position.
  • Annual Performance evaluation rating "Meets Expectations" or "Exceeds Expectations".
