About the Role:

Works cross-functionally to lead process development of breakthrough technologies and ensures efficient and effective transfer of product into production.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Assesses process capabilities, prioritizes process improvement opportunities, innovates and implements process improvements on complex projects.
• Executes the functional deliverables associated with the PDP/TDP, Project Management, and Quality Systems.
• Serves as a key resource or expert, participating in setting technical direction for the function and/or organization.
• Ensures visibility and closure of process issues (e.g., yields, cost, capability, etc.) per PDP milestones.
• Evaluates external technologies and strategically identifies opportunities to implement them internally.
• Reviews and assesses processes for potential patent opportunities.
• Serves as a key contributor and participant in technical reviews.
• Provides on-going mentoring and technical guidance to managers, other engineers, technicians, and functional groups.
• May supervise other technicians and engineers.
• Typically serves as a core team member or technical expert (subject matter expert) on platform and complex projects.
• May serve as a representative or liaison to other BSC sites or external organizations, boards or committees.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licenciature in Information System Engineering, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, electrical, Industrial, Maintenance Engineering
• English Level required: C1 (90% - 94%).

• Desired knowledge: Statistics skills, Process Validations deliverables: IQ, OQ, PQ, PPQ protocols and reports, lean manufacturinf and Six Sigma knowledge, PDP/TDP, Project Management, Quality System,
