About the role:
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supporting the HCP Operations Team within the Urology Pelvic Health Team. Your main responsibility will be supporting HCP Contracting for new and one-time agreements, as well as processing renewals. You will also be responsible for helping to support HCP faculty and attendee payments, grants and cross-border engagements as needed. This position requires coordination with BSC internal departments including Global Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Marketing Global Brand & Communications (GB&C), Health Economics & Reimbursement (HE&R), Research & Development (R&D) as well as Finance. This position will include direct communication and interaction with potential and contracted facility representatives and/or directly with HCPs trained through our programming.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
To provide centralized resources dedicated to the coordination of HCP contracting processes. Duties include:
- Cross-functional coordination of BSC teams to determine the HCP contracting needs of the different franchises
- Familiarization with HCP policies and SOPs to provide a smooth and streamlined process for HCP contracting and payments
- Working closely with the compliance organization to manage and execute all required documentation, validation, and verifications for the HCP contracting/payment process and tracking within databases
- Processing of all non-education related HCP engagement request forms in alignment with executed contracts.
- Maintaining the database for HCP qualifications and HCP contract info
- Serves as point of contact for Legal and Compliance inquiries. Researching historical documents or files as requested.
- Provides guidance to internal contacts on new BSC processes and procedures.
- Other responsibilities will include collaborating with other team members to provide support for HCP payments, cross-border engagements and grants as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of professional experience with Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of work/education experience
- Interest in and/or experience in reviewing legal documents or contracts
- Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Individual should be able to build relationships with key contacts at many levels of the Sales, Marketing and BSC organization.
- Ability to set priorities, time/ project manages multiple tasks, and work within deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability and desire to operate independently, as well as a member of a cross-functional team, and to work with a positive attitude in the fast-paced world of Medical Education and Medical Affairs.
- Detailed-oriented person with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
