About the Role:
As a Health Outcomes Liaison (HOL), you will be the interface between Boston Scientific and healthcare decision makers, ensuring our technologies are recognized for their clinical and economic value. You will translate health economics evidence into actionable insights that support reimbursement, access, and adoption of our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prioritize health economics needs for BSC products in Colombia in alignment with Andean Region HEMA Strategy.
Develop and execute reimbursement strategies, including coding, coverage, and health economic evaluations tailored to the Colombian system.
Engage payers and hospital decision-makers with clear, evidence-based value messages (Clinical and Economic).
Monitor and analyze health policy and reimbursement developments; provide strategic recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, marketing, clinical, regulatory, legal) to deliver compelling economic value communication tools.
Provide internal training on health economics and market access concepts to strengthen business impact.
Qualifications:
Degree in Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field; Master’s in Health Economics preferred.
2+ years of experience in Health Economics & Market Access (MedTech or Pharma).
Strong knowledge of the Colombian healthcare and reimbursement system.
Analytical skills in economic modeling, budget impact, and policy assessment.
Excellent communication skills; ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
English proficiency: B2 or higher.
Team-oriented mindset; willingness to travel occasionally within Colombia.
