Fantastic new career opportunity for a Principal Talent Management to join a high performing, supportive team. This role si part of the Regional EMEA Team for Global Operations. Driving impactful organisational development initatives that shape culture, engagement and innovation. Lead strategic change management and talent programmes across Global Operations, collaborating with HR leaders and Centre of Excellence. 

Ideally the sucessful candidate would be located at our site in Clonmel however we are open to considering placement at either of our other two sites Cork or Galway.  

Purpose

Support the execution of Boston Scientific’s mission by designing and delivering organisation development solutions that enable a culture of high engagement, innovation, and performance. Partner with HR leaders and Centres of Excellence to drive strategic OD initiatives that support business transformation and growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and influence change management initiatives to enhance organisational capability and performance.
  • Design and implement OD strategies, frameworks, and interventions aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to embed OD practices across the organisation.
  • Design and maintain scalable, engaging onboarding processes that ensure consistent integration of new hires
  • Lead the enterprise-wide talent management processes for Global operations, including performance management, succession planning, and career architecture
  • Develop and maintain a forward-looking skills framework aligned with evolving business priorities.
  • Responsible for shaping, coordinating, and delivering initiatives that build organizational capability, strengthen culture, and celebrate employee growth including Inspire Learning Week and Recognition Week,
  • Use data and diagnostics to assess organizational health and recommend targeted interventions.
  • Coach and mentor team members with the Talent Management function.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Hons Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Organisation Development, HR, psychology, business).
  • Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in organisation development, change management, or related field.
  • Experience in large scale matrix organisations preferable.
  • Strong project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects in a large scale organisation.
  • Qualification in coaching is a distinct advantage. All applicants must be able to demonstrate coaching competencies.
  • Travel to our 3 sites in Ireland is required for this role.
