Purpose : 

Join our dynamic team to revolutionize the way we introduce new products and optimize existing processes. As a Process Development Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, ensuring our production area operates at peak efficiency and quality. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge products and processes, making a tangible impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate and Lead: Drive technical activities that lead to the creation of new or improved products and processes. Your work will directly contribute to the strategic goals and objectives of the company.
• Solve Complex Problems: Tackle a wide range of advanced engineering challenges with innovative approaches and breakthrough technologies.
• Be a Thought Leader: Develop expertise in your field and become a recognized authority, applying your knowledge to lead and mentor others within the company.
• Collaborate and Network: Build and cultivate a network of internal and external resources to achieve project goals. Lead project teams, mentor new engineers, and serve as a consultant on significant engineering matters.
• Engage with Customers: Act as a spokesperson for our business unit, interacting with customers to showcase our current and future capabilities.

Quality System Requirements:

• Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with our Quality Policy and all documented quality processes and procedures.

Job Scope and Leveling Guidelines:

• Knowledge: Apply your general knowledge of technical and business concepts to resolve issues and drive innovation.
• Problem Solving: Use professional concepts and company policies to analyze data and recommend solutions.
• Planning and Organization: Plan and prioritize your daily work routine to meet established schedules with guidance from your manager.
• Business Relationships: Establish and cultivate internal business relationships to facilitate task completion and participate in project teams.
• Impact: Contribute to departmental projects and goals, ensuring high-quality results.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Hons BSc Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline 
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
