MES Analyst I

About this role: 

Entry Level MES System Analyst required to join a dynamic analyst group.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for systems, supporting customers, working as part of a team and collaborating with other departments on projects.  The MES Analyst will work partner with Stakeholders and IT colleagues for issue resolution.

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide call-centre support to MES users
  • Liaise with Site MES leads for knowledge sharing
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders
  • Support testing activities for system upgrades
  • Manage call centre requests in an efficient and professional manner
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks to support MES system
  • Provide diagnostic and troubleshooting support to operations on MES software through the MES Admin mailbox
  • BAM error analysis and resolution
  • Partner with IT on critical incidence resolution
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interaction skills with customer of varying technical ability
  • Supports various Projects

 

Qualifications and Experience Required: 

  • An entry level professional. General knowledge and application of technical and business concepts, procedures, and practices. Interprets company policies and procedures to resolve issues. Beginning knowledge of industry practices and standards
  • Level 8 degree or currently studying preferable
  • 3+ years experience of exposure to multiple manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Strong customer Focus and works well as part of team
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience
  • Solid organizational & time management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Self -disciplined and results oriented with the ability to meet or exceed deadlines
  • Enjoys working as a collaborative team member
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Adaptable to changing situations and priorities
