We are seeking aEAM (BMRAM) administrator II on apermanent basisto join our team. 

 

Job Purpose: The EAM Administrator role is responsible for the effective administration, support, and continuous improvement of the BMRAM Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. This includes ensuring data accuracy and compliance, supporting users through training and best practices, and contributing to audits and regulatory requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • EAM System Management: Day-to-day administration of the BMRAM system, including user setup, asset setup, preventive maintenance generation, Change Request processing, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Data Management & Quality: Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of BMRAM system data to support regulatory compliance and enable informed decision-making.
  • User Support & Training: Helping colleagues use the system effectively and promoting best practices.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Gaining experience in quality procedures and audit support.
  • BMRAM R4 Upgrade: Part of the team representing Galway in shaping the system upgrade to meet site needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying and implementing ways to enhance system interactions and processes.
  • Generate / Edit Maintenance procedures: / knowledge sharing documents to reflect work practice. (How to guides, cheat sheets, etc).
  • AI & Technology Development: Work alongside engineers and system experts to trial and develop AI tools that support users in troubleshooting and data-driven decision-making.

 

 

 

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum NFQ Level 6 STEM / Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing / Mechatronics Engineering and / or Senior Trades
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a modern manufacturing environment with previous experience of working with an EAM (Enterprise Asset Management System) like BMRAM.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication / presentation skills.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all system entries are precise, accurate, and error-free.
  • Proven experience in identifying and leading continuous improvement projects.
