Hybrid position based in any EMEA hub location.

 

As a member of the Global Value Improvement team, the Senior Business Process Improvement Manager partners with organizational stakeholders to drive the EMEA Global Value Improvement program to deliver high impact improvements, solve complex challenges, and optimize processes. 

 

In this role the individual partners across the EMEA commercial region—with all divisions, functions and countries—to accelerate transformation, tackle key challenges and deliver on the greatest opportunities, resulting in a high performing engaged value improvement culture that fuels operating income.  

Working closely with organizational stakeholders the person will create a culture that fully embraces Value Improvement where every employee participates in improving every process every day. Achieving this by creation of a Value Improvement strategy aligned to achievement of business results, identification, and execution of a strong pipeline of improvement projects and skill development for leaders and team members. 

 

Your responsibilities include.  

  • Partner with leaders and Value Improvement champions to develop Value Improvement strategy, goals, and plans to achieve operating income goals. 
  • Collaborate with leaders and their teams to inspire a continuous improvement culture, deploying continuous improvement roadmaps and tools and leveraging technology as appropriate. 
  • Build a strong multi-year pipeline of value improvement projects that realize SG&A and operating income goals. 
  • Influence and support leaders and teams to own and deliver on plans. 
  • Facilitate kaizen events and other workshops to target key enterprise improvements and address strategic business priorities. 
  • Lead regional projects to improve business outcomes; report progress to key decision-makers.  
  • Facilitate problem-solving and resolutions to remove roadblocks. 
  • Coordinate and lead multiple governance review meetings. 
  • As a GVI team member, establish and refine global best practices. 
  • Collaborate with diverse local teams to adopt global best practices in dynamic environments. 
  • Partner with leaders, champions, and employees to share best practices to further accelerate the rate of improvement. 
  • Facilitate best-in-class Global Value Improvement skill development and training for employees at all levels. 
  • Coach and mentor to provide guidance, support, and feedback to help individuals take ownership, develop their skills and achieve personal and business goals. 

 

What we’re looking for in you: 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 10+ years of Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence, Project Management and Change Management related experience.  
  • Strong LEAN/Six Sigma expertise and has applied this knowledge in a business environment. 
  • BS/BA Degree in related field and/or equivalent experience. 
  • Proven results in enterprise-wide and transactional environments. 
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset. 
  • Ability to build enthusiasm for change 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and collaborate without direct authority. 
  • Demonstrated strong execution skills.
