Upstream Product Manager – Digital – EMEA
About the role

As Upstream Product Manager – Digital – EMEA, you'll play a key role in shaping innovative healthcare solutions that create value for healthcare systems, customers and ultimately the patients they serve.
Working across a diverse network of regional and global colleagues, you'll combine market insight, strategic thinking and commercial expertise to identify opportunities, develop customer-focused solutions and bring them to market. What you'll do
- Define and execute the upstream marketing strategy for Healthcare Solutions and Partnerships across EMEA.
- Identify customer needs, market trends and healthcare system challenges to drive solution development.
- Develop compelling value propositions and business cases that support sustainable business growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to guide solutions from concept through validation, launch and ongoing optimization.
- Translate market insights into portfolio recommendations and influence future solution priorities.
- Develop commercialization plans and sales enablement tools that support successful adoption across EMEA.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Monitor market performance and competitive trends to identify new opportunities.
- Champion quality, compliance and integrity in everything you do.
What we're looking for
- Experience in upstream marketing, strategic marketing, consulting or healthcare solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing customer-centric strategies and value propositions.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives within a matrix environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential. Additional European languages are an advantage.
- Ability to travel across EMEA as required.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for hourly, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Compensation for salaried, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Compensation for sales roles is governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives).

This job involves regular collaboration with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across Canada, the U.S., and/or internationally, making proficiency in English essential for effective communication and alignment. English is necessary for engaging with a range of documentation and maintaining effective communication if interacting with external clients or vendors.
As detailed in the job description, this job involves communicating, both verbally and in writing, with other Boston Scientific teams located across Canada, the United States and/or with our international clients and partners. International customers and partners represent an important part of our activities.
