Clinical Trial Graduate


About the role:

This graduate position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in clinical research by supporting the Clinical team in the execution of global clinical studies and programs. The graduate will work under supervision and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day clinical trial activities.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the project team in the planning, execution, and tracking of clinical trial activities
  • Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of study documentation and materials
  • Supporting the coordination of project tasks in line with timelines, budgets, and internal procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth study execution
  • Assisting in tracking study progress and maintaining study-related systems and tools
  • Supporting data review, data cleaning activities, and basic data analysis
  • Contributing to the preparation of study reports and presentations
  • Supporting audit readiness activities and ensuring documentation is up to date
  • Ensuring all activities comply with internal procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s student (or recent graduate) in Life Sciences (Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacology, etc.), Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in clinical research and healthcare
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Very good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Availability for a 12 months graduate program
