Purpose Statement
Under limited supervisory direction, responsible for increasing the market share of franchise products throughout the assigned territory, and developing Accountability for achievement of sales goals.
What we are looking for:
- Base in Mexico City
- 3 years of experience in tender areas, desirable medical devices.
- Business Administrator, Administrative Informatics, International Business, Law or related. (Graduated)
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, purchasing platforms, and procedures related to tenders - Be updated
- Experience as a Tender leader (Integrate complete proposals)
- Perform tender submission, outcome, analysis, and contract handling.
- Ease of travel at least 20 % of the time: Nationwide.
- Business acumen
- Good presence/presentation
- Understanding value generation Health Ecosystem.
- Intermediate English.
- Statistical analysis handling Microsoft Excel advanced, Domain Internet Explorer, Acces, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Compranet, Ariba, Procura, state platforms, OPD, etc

Key Responsibilities:
• Industry Knowledge: Maintains awareness of industry, health care, and economic trends and their impact on franchise short-term and long-term business plans adjusting plans as needed to reflect market conditions; Maintains knowledge of the industry and the competition continually seeking information from physicians, suppliers, and others to improve marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Business Management: Identifies new business opportunities and accounts. Supports development and execution of sales strategies and activities.
• Clinical Excellence: Supports clinical success through the education and training of physicians and hospital staff on the product line, follow-up, and ongoing patient monitoring procedures.
• Building and Maintaining Relationships: Supports maintenance of contact with major accounts and key relationships seeking to leverage profitable business ventures; Assist key customers in the creation, maintenance, expansion, and startup of divisionally related educational courses and forums; Attend and participates in customer, company, and industry-sponsored forums and courses.
• Quality: Through engaging with Clients and Sales Organizations expected to facilitate, and share documents and processes to identify, notify, and ensure any complaints or problems are addressed, thereby demonstrating high commitment to Quality in all interactions and behaviors.
