About the Role:
The Internship Program is designed for advanced-level university students seeking practical experience and skill development in their field of study, as well as the opportunity to join a leading company in the medical device sector.
We offer the chance to work on real tasks within the company, providing valuable experience and the opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a professional environment.
Tasks to be performed:
- Creation and updating of documentation related to the Microbiology area.
- Creation and updating of trend graphs.
- Participation in department improvement projects.
- Creation of reports and technical evaluations.
- Support in the equipment validation process for the laboratory.
- Support on Environmental Monitoring of CERs.
We are seeking candidates with:
- Active enrollment with at least 70% of their study plan completed in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biology, or related sciences.
- Fluency in English at a level of 80% is required, along with advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- This temporary internship, lasting 6-12 months, requires university enrollment throughout the duration.
- Desirable qualifications include knowledge in APICS Certification, Basic Microsoft Office, SAP, Inventory Analysis, and Planning.

- Availability of 38 to 40 hours per week to perform an internship at the Cartago site.
