About the role

The person we are looking for will work in line with Local Sales strategies to support the achievement of the sales growth to plan; will focus on customer support, order handling, complaint handling and assist the sales force wherever needed.

 

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Process orders coming in via Edi, fax, e-mail or telephone and for customers according to specific requirements, including bundling & consignment orders, free of charge deliveries, returns etc.
  • Process stock deliveries to sales representatives in Portugal, as well as inventory transfers.
  • Monitor the complete delivery processes, End to End check. (e.g. Distribution Center and/or carrier).
  • Arrange special deliveries on request.
  • Control and send out invoices.
  • File ordering documents and related records.
  • Handle service complaints from customers and/or sales representatives.
  • Follow-up short term consignment stocks with customers and sales representatives.
  • Answer daily queries/requests coming from sales representatives, pharmacists, nurses and/or doctors about orders, deliveries, product availability etc.
  • Handle back-orders, open orders, block orders, etc..
  • On request, act as back-up for colleagues within the Customer Service team .
  • Collaborate with projects, process improvement, attend to meetings, trainings, and fulfill any other task that could be needed related to OTC.
     

What we are Looking For in You:

  • At least three years of experience in a similar role;
  • Native/bilingual Portuguese and High level of English or Spanish.
  • At least medium level of Microsoft Excel.
  • SAP knowledge strongly preferred. Sales Cloud knowledge a plus.
